The present invention relates to a dielectric ceramic composition, and a stacking type ceramic capacitor having the same. According to the present invention, the dielectric ceramic composition comprises : a main component of a base material; and a subcomponent of the base material. The subcomponent contains a rear earth element (RE) different from a samarium element (Sm) among the Res. Moreover, a ratio of content of the Sm (a) to content of the other Res (b) (a/b) among the subcomponent is equal to or larger than 0.1 and is equal to or smaller than 2.0.
