PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a laminate that changes its color reversibly according to the type of an external light source, where the color is changed clearly. SOLUTION : A laminate according to the present invention is a laminate consisting of a base layer and a colored layer, where the base layer is a visible light reflection layer with the contrast ratio of 90% or less and visible optical reflectance of 30% or more, and the colored layer is a light discoloration layer including rare earth oxide particles.
