FIELD : technological processes. SUBSTANCE : invention can be used for creation of superconducting object. This invention consists in the fact that method for production of superconducting object includes : provision of rare-earth element copper - barium oxide containing rare-earth element, barium and copper, and thermal treatment of said oxide with formation of superconductor containing distributed in it grains of rare-earth element oxide, herewith thermal treatment comprises : the first stage of thermal treatment, where temperature is increased to ensure liquid phase of said oxide of rare-earth element - copper-barium containing rare-earth element oxide, and the second stage of thermal treatment, where temperature and/or pressure of oxygen is changed compared to their value at the first stage of thermal treatment obtaining monocrystalline oxide of rare-earth element - copper-barium. EFFECT : obtaining higher crystallinity and grains of rare-earth element acting as pinning centres in superconductor. 11 cl, 14 dwg
