The present invention relates to an image-processing method using an optoacoustic sensing apparatus, wherein the optoacoustic sensing apparatus includes a sparse array having a plurality of ultrasonic transducers arranged in accordance with preset patterns. The image-processing method comprises : a step of irradiating optical pulse for a target object; a step of allowing the sparse array to receive an ultrasonic signal generated from the target object by the optical pulse; and a step of checking, based on an amount of time consumed for the sparse array to receive the received ultrasonic signal, a location of the target object from which the ultrasonic signal is generated, and to generate a target object image signal based on the location. At this point, the ultrasonic signal is able to have a different amount of time in accordance with a distance between a location of the target object from which the corresponding ultrasonic signal is generated and an ultrasonic transducer which received the corresponding signal.
