Provided is a method for preparing a lithium ion polymer battery. The positive electrode active materials of the lithium ion polymer battery are polyphyletic rare earth fluoride K5NdLi2F10 particles prepared by using potassium ethoxide, neodymium nitrate, lithium nitrate, hydrofluoric acid of high concentration (49wt%) and absolute ethyl alcohol as raw materials and according to preset proportions in preset order.
