PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To solve the problem that, if a casted or sintered magnet having a high energy density is used, reduction of a surface magnetic flux density of a rotor or demagnetization of a permanent magnet can be suppressed but the rotor may become expensive, with a bond magnet more inexpensive than a rare earth metal, on the other hand, it is necessary to thicken the permanent magnet for suppressing the reduction of the surface magnetic flux density of the rotor or the demagnetization of the permanent magnet and the physique of a motor may become large.
SOLUTION : The rotor includes : a rotor core that is formed by laminating a plurality of die-cutting steel sheets; a plurality of magnet insertion holes which are provided so as to penetrate the rotor core; and bond magnets that fill the magnet insertion holes. The magnet insertion hole is formed to protrude closer to a rotary shaft, and the bond magnets are two kinds of bond magnets with coercive forces and residual magnetic flux densities which are different from each other.
