The present invention relates to a rare earth metal collecting method using a mixed extracting agent capable of extracting praseodymium (Pr) and neodymium (Nd) at high efficiency from a hydrochloric acid solution containing praseodymium and neodymium. Moreover, the rare earth metal collecting method using the mixed extracting agent is capable of improving dissolubility of praseodymium and neodymium having low dissolubility due to similar chemical properties. The rare earth metal collecting method using the mixed extracting agent is capable of extracting praseodymium ions and neodymium ions by allowing the mixed extracting agent wherein a cation exchange extracting agent and an amine-based extracting agent are mixed to come in contact with the hydrochloric acid solution containing praseodymium and neodymium.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
