What is claimed is a therapeutic dermatological composition for local and external use, comprising an active substance in the form of complex compounds of salts of rare earth elements, quaternary ammonium compounds and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, characterized in that said composition comprises an acid-base indicator for colour visualization of a change in the acid-base state of the composition in the event of external factors of a chemical nature acting thereon.
