PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide : a composite film structure superior in electrochemical property; a fuel battery; and a manufacturing method therefor.
SOLUTION : A composite film structure comprises : a hydrogen-permeable metal film 1; and a solid electrolytic film 2. The solid electrolytic film 2 is formed, by a coating method, on a surface of a hydrogen-permeable metal film 1 subjected to a thermal oxidation process. The solid electrolytic film 2 has, as a basic structure, a perovskite oxide having a divalent alkali-earth metal at A sites and at least one of a quadrivalent cerium and a quadrivalent zirconium at B sites, and includes a compound having a crystal structure in which the quadrivalent B site element is partially substituted with a trivalent rare earth element. The solid electrolytic film 2 includes a first solid electrolytic film 21 formed by coating with an organic metal acid salt solution containing an alkali-earth metal, at least one of cerium and zirconium, and a rare earth element to form a first solid electrolyte precursor film and crystallizing the first solid electrolyte precursor film by a rapid temperature-increase heat treatment.
