A waterproof coating material, comprising the following raw materials in the following parts by weight : a rubber latex 20-60, an emulsified asphalt 20-60, and a waterproof bridging agent 0.2-4. The waterproof bridging agent may be any one of a silane-type waterproof bridging agent, a bimetallic waterproof bridging agent, a lignin waterproof bridging agent, a tin waterproof bridging agent, a zirconium waterproof bridging agent, an organophosphate waterproof bridging agent or a rare earth waterproof bridging agent or a combination thereof.
