PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an electric blower and a vacuum cleaner vibration which can reduce vibration and noise. SOLUTION : An electric blower 10 includes a rotor including a shaft 31 which can freely rotate, and a rare earth system bond magnet integrally formed with the shaft 31. When the outer diameter of the impeller 34 is represented by Di, the outer diameters of the bearings 36, 37 are represented by Db, the minimum inner diameter of a bearing cover 22 is represented by Dc, and the outer diameters of the rare earth bond magnet is represented by Dm, the relation of Di>Db>Dc>Dm is satisfied.
