PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a nanocomposite magnet equipped with high magnetic coercive force.
SOLUTION : A method of manufacturing a nanocomposite magnet constituted of a particle consisting of a shell of an Re-TM-B phase or a core of a TM or TM-B phase, includes of the steps of : bringing a phase containing a TM-B-particle (wherein TM is transition metal) in a nanosize whose average particle diameter is 1 μm or less into contact with an Re-M alloy (wherein Re is a rare-earth element and M is an element which lowers a melting point of this rare-earth element by being alloyed); melting the Re-M alloy by being heated to the temperature equal to or more than the melting point; diffusing and infiltrating the melted Re-M alloy into the TM-B particle.
