The present invention relates to a bed soil composition for producing a ginseng seedling and a cultivating method of a ginseng seedling using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a bed soil composition for producing a ginseng seedling which is appropriate to a multilayer cultivation as the bed soil composition is a raw material that an organic certification is possible and a specific gravity is light, and a cultivating method of a ginseng seedling using the same. The bed soil composition includes 5 to 15 volume% of one or more types of soil selected from the group consisting of 40 to 60 volume% of wilderness soil (a), 10 to 20 volume% of medicinal soil (b), 10 to 30 volume% of peat moss (c), and perlite and vermiculite (d). According to the present invention, the bed soil composition can effectively reduce a weight on multilayers as artificial soil having a physical property and a chemical property to be appropriate to a ginseng seedling cultivation since a temporary specific gravity is reduced for about 26 to 44 % than general soil. Since the bed soil composition is safe from soil pathogenic bacteria such as a root rot disease or the like, which is the biggest problem when culturing a ginseng, the bed soil composition can increase the amount as a survival rate is higher than a general cultivation. The bed soil composition can reduce an effort of spreading chemicals, inputting manpower, etc. for removing weeds since an occurrence of weeds is rare.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
