The present invention relates to a rare cell-isolating device, a rare cell-isolating method, and a method for detecting rare cells using the same. The rare cell-isolating device comprises : a filtration membrane capable of filtering out bio-samples; a first body provided on an upper part of the filtration membrane and having a first insertion hole for insertion of the bio-samples; and a second body located on a lower side of the first body and including a second body where the filtration membrane is attached to.
