PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a disposal method for excavated earth and sand of all the grounds including the ground containing naturally-derived heavy metals.SOLUTION : A disposal method includes : collecting as a sample a part of earth and sand generated by excavating a site of the ground scheduled for excavation and keeping residual earth and sand at a stock yard; analyzing the sample to determine whether the residual earth and sand is carried to a soil disposal site requiring countermeasures or a common soil disposal site; and carrying the residual earth and sand to the soil disposal site requiring countermeasures or the common soil disposal site from the stock yard based on the results of the analysis.
