PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a manufacturing method of an austenite heat resistant alloy tube having excellent creep strength at a processing part by hot processing or cold processing after a product heat treatment. SOLUTION : There is provided a manufacturing method of an austenite heat resistant alloy tube including conducting hot processing or cold processing such as flexure or tube expansion after a product heat treatment on a tube alloy having a chemical composition, by mass%, C : 0.02 to 0.13%, Si : 1% or less, Mn : 2% or less, P : 0.03% or less, S : 0.01% or less, Cr : 25 to 36%, Ni : 40 to 60%, Al : 0.3% or less, W : 2.0 to 10.0%, Ti : 0.05 to 1.5%, Zr : 0.002 to 0.3%, Mo : 0 to 3%, Nb : 0 to 1.5%, Co : 0 to 15%, Ca : 0 to 0.05%, Mg : 0 to 0.05%, rare earth element : 0 to 0.2%, Hf : 0 to 0.2%, B : 0 to 0.02%, V : 0 to 1.5%, Ta : 0 to 2.0%, Re : 0 to 3.0% and the balance : Fe with inevitable impurities to form a processed part, then conducting a post heat treatment with condition where a coverage factor of carbide and intermetallic compound of a crystal grain boundary in a metallographic structure of the processed part is 50% or less.
