PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a dielectric ceramic composition showing excellent reliability, while keeping a high relative dielectric constant, even when especially a dielectric layer is thinned, and to provide a laminated ceramic capacitor to which the dielectric ceramic composition is applied, concerning the dielectric ceramic composition and the laminated ceramic capacitor.SOLUTION : In a dielectric ceramic composition, first particles 5 containing barium titanate as a main component and having a core part, and second particles 6 in which a rare earth element is solid-dissolved in the whole particles exist, as dielectric particles, and the first particles 5 occupy ≥75% in the number of particles exceeding the average particle size D 50, and the second particles 6 occupy ≥75% in the number of particles below the average particle size D 50.
