PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a NdFeB-based nanocomposite magnet having both high residual magnetization and a high coercive force. SOLUTION : A nanocomposite magnet includes at least three phases of a Nd2Fe14B phase, a Nd2Fe17 phase and a rare earth phase. The rare earth phase is favorably a Nd rich phase, and the crystal grain sizes of the Nd2Fe14B phase and the Nd2Fe17 phase are favorably 300 nm or less. COPYRIGHT : (C)2016, JPO&INPIT
