[Problem] To provide a novel up-conversion phosphor having superior light-emitting properties. [Solution] The up-conversion phosphor of the present invention is characterized in that a ZnMoO4 base material includes : Yb3+; at least one type of rare earth metal ion selected from a group comprising Tm3+, Er3+, and Ho3+; and at least one type of univalent metal ion selected from a group comprising Li+, K+, Na+, and Rb+.
