SOLUTION : There is provided a method for concentrating rare earth elements from a rare earth element-containing product including a process 1 for heating and melting the rare earth element-containing product in a co-presence of B2O3 to form a B2O3 phase and a rare earth element rich phase more than the B2O3 phase under the B2O3 phase.
