Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet comprises : a step for re-heating a slab including by wt% 2.0-4.0% of Si, 0.02-0.04% of acid-soluble Al, 0.01-0.20% of Mn, 0.04-0.07% of C, 10-55 ppm of N, 0.0010-0.0055% of S, 0.03-0.07% of Sn, 0.01-0.05% of Sb, 0.01-0.05% of P, residual Fe, and other unavoidable impurities, and which is satisfied with 0.037 <= P+0.5*Sb <= 0.063 (In here, P and Sb mean wt % of the element); a step for manufacturing a hot rolled steel sheet by hot rolling the slab; a step for manufacturing a cold rolled steel sheet by cold rolling the hot rolled steel sheet; a step for primary recrystallization annealing the cold rolled steel sheet; and a step for final annealing the cold rolled steel sheet where the primary recrystallization annealing is completed. In the step for manufacturing the cold rolled steel sheet, the steel sheet having a thickness corresponding to a reduction ratio of 60-70% in cold rolling is rolled as the final thickness after maintaining the steel sheet in the temperature range of 150-350°C for 1-10 minutes.
