PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a barium titanate-based semiconductor ceramic composition capable of achieving performance equal to conventional ceramic compositions using rare earth elements without adding rare earth elements. SOLUTION : There is provided a semiconductor ceramic composition of which a main component is represented by a composition formula (1-x)(BaaMe1-a)TiO3-x(Bi, Li)TiO3, where a is 0.4950≤a≤0.9500, Me is one kind of either Sr or Ca or two or more kinds selected from a group consisting of Sr, Ca, and Pb, x is 0.0030≤x≤0.0070 when Me is Sr or two or more kinds selected from a group consisting of Sr, Ca, and Pb, x is 0.0050≤x≤0.0080 when Me is Ca.
