PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a manufacturing method of a rare earth magnet capable of simultaneously achieving high residual magnetization and high coercive force irrespective of whether a structure of material powder before sintering is amorphous or nano-crystalline.SOLUTION : A manufacturing method of an anisotropic nano-crystalline rare earth magnet includes : a step of preparing powder of a nano-crystalline and/or amorphous rare earth magnet alloy; a step of sintering the powder; a first heat treatment step of heat-treating the obtained sintered body; and a step of performing hot hard working.
