PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a simple and exact semi-quantitative analysis method of concentration of heavy metal ions or rare-earth metal ions for a semisolid sample whose solid-liquid separation is difficult, in which metal having a reduction action and strong alkaline solution in which the heavy metal ions or the rare-earth metal ions are solved are mixed. SOLUTION : An analysis object is distributed in the solution by adding an organic solvent which makes formamide a main ingredient to the semisolid sample whose solid-liquid separation is difficult, in which the metal having the reduction action and strong alkaline solution in which the heavy metal ions or the rare-earth metal ions are solved are mixed, the solution is extracted by performing the solid-liquid separation, and the semi-quantitative analysis of the concentration of the heavy metal, rare-earth metal ions is performed.
