1. Method of recovering rare-earth metals from phosphogypsum, including leaching of phosphogypsum sulfate solution at room temperatures, filtration, precipitation from filtrate double sulfate (rare-earth metals (SO) ·NaSO), and cake from leaching is directed to materials, characterized in that leaching is performed in two stages, at that cake the first leaching stage is directed for the second stage, is fed the whole solution of sulfuric acid, and filtrate this stage-to the first stage, cake second stage arrives at washing, is fed the whole water, on washing liquor is prepared solution of sulfuric acid, and part washed cake together with source phosphogypsum is directed to the first stage of the leaching. 2. Method of according to Claim 1, characterized in that after deposition of double sulfate rare-earth metals from filtrate of the first stage, sulfate solution, contaminated sodium, is cleaned from sodium sulfate cerium, and after separation of double sulfate cerium (ce (SO) ·NaSO) sulfate solution after concentration by electrodialysis method is directed to turn-on the second leaching stage.
