[Problem] To provide : a dielectric porcelain composition which has capacitance-temperature characteristics that satisfy the EIA standard X8R (-55 to 150°C; ∆C is within ±15%) and which has high insulation resistance even at temperatures as high as around 150°C and has excellent reliability concerning accelerated life, etc.; and a multilayered ceramic capacitor obtained using the dielectric porcelain composition. [Solution] This dielectric porcelain composition is characterized by comprising barium titanate as a main component and at least three rare-earth elements, the first rare-earth element R1 being at least one element selected from Sc, Er, Tm, Yb, and Lu, the second rare-earth element R2 being at least one element selected from Y, Dy, Ho, Tb, and Gd, and the third rare-earth element being Eu.
