PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide oxide-based phosphor materials which use an element other than rare earth elements as a light-emitting element, are produced from inexpensive raw materials, and have high luminous efficiency.SOLUTION : There are provided the phosphor material represented by formula (1) HZrPO[where x is 0.005 or more and less than 0.4] and the phosphor material represented by formula (2) (MH)ZrPO[where M represents a metal element, n represents the average valence of the metal element M, x is 0.005 or more and less than 0.4, and y is 0.01 or more and less than 0.90/n].
