The present invention relates to aluminum nitride ceramics with high strength obtained by sintering a sintering material including an oxide having alkaline earth metal and zirconium; and rare earth metal oxide and an aluminum nitride (AlN) raw material powder and a low temperature sintering thereof. The aluminum nitride (AlN) ceramics obtained by the present invention may be sintered at a low temperature to have excellent mechanical properties.
