PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a composite light-storing powder capable of obtaining a uniform dispersion effect, manufacturing light-storing fiber having multiple emission wavelengths through a spinning step and substantially enhancing the water washing resistance and heat resistance of the entire fiber, and a manufacturing method and application of the same.
SOLUTION : The composite light-storing powder having a warm color system emission wavelength is obtained by spraying an organic compound having the spacial structure of a double amide bond on the surface of a light-storing raw material including a rare earth element by colliding the organic compound with the light-storing raw material at a high speed under extremely low temperature environment using the organic compound having the spacial structure of a double amide bond to instantly reach high temperature on the collided surface and instantly cooling the organic compound by the influence of extremely low temperature environment. The composite light-storing powder can be easily chelated with the crosslinked structure of a thermoplastic polymer in a high temperature kneading step to obtain a uniform dispersion effect, manufacture light-storing fiber having multiple emission wavelengths through a spinning step and substantially enhance the water washing resistance and heat resistance of the entire fiber.
