Disclosed is an exothermic ceramic for microwaves. The exothermic ceramic for microwaves in the present invention discharges heat with respect to 100 parts by weight of composition with 30-70 parts by weight of a ceramic body component whose particle size is 20-250 mesh and microwave irradiation and is exothermic compositions including at least selected one among silicon carbide, carbon, ferrite and iron oxide and consisting of 30-70 parts by weight of exothermic elements whose particle size is 20-250 mesh, comprising an exothermic ceramic body; and a molding frame which is molded into ceramic so that content is put in the molding frame, wherein the upper face or lower face of the exothermic ceramic body or the exothermic ceramic body is embedded in the bottom, and has a boundary wall extended from the boundary upward.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
