The present invention relates to an apparatus for adsorbing and separating a simulated moving bed, comprising : a mixture inflow port, a raffinate discharge port, a desorbent inflow port, an extract discharge port, and one or more product re-injection ports for re-injecting a product discharged from one or more discharge ports selected from the raffinate discharge port and the extract discharge port; a chromatography unit including chromatography intervals for connecting two adjacent ports; and a valve unit including one or more valves for controlling the movement of each of the ports at preset time intervals.
