PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a magnetic anisotropic magnet with a superior magnetic characteristic by enhancing orientation while maintaining fine crystal grains. SOLUTION : A magnetic anisotropic magnet manufacturing method includes : a molding step for molding magnet material powder whose main constituent is RE-Fe-B (where RE represents a rare-earth element) produced through rapid cooling from a high-temperature range; a primary plastic processing step for plastically processing a molded body obtained in the molding step at a temperature lower than 600°C; and a secondary plastic processing step for plastically processing a processed body obtained in the primary plastic processing at a temperature of 600°C or higher.
