PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a multilayer ceramic capacitor which has high dielectric constant and is excellent in DC bias characteristics and DC aging characteristics while satisfying X5R characteristics in EIA standards. SOLUTION : A dielectric layer 5 is made of a dielectric porcelain containing barium titanate as a main component and having calcium, magnesium and a rare earth element, wherein main crystal particles comprise crystal particle having a core shell structure, the crystal particles each have a first crystal particle having calcium concentration of COPYRIGHT : (C)2011, JPO&INPIT
