The invention relates to a head rest formed in the vehicle or the chair for business use. The head rest installed in the driver seat or the passenger seat of the vehicle is used for preventing the neck from being reclined when the driver is shocked from behind during driving or for taking a rest, but the former is extremely rare and most head rests are used for taking a rest. When putting the head to the head rest by leaning the head back to take a rest, the head rest has a curved surface or flat surface, a part of the round back head can be put on the head rests, the center of the head can be shaken in the right and left directions, and the neck muscles can be tensed to maintain the posture of the head, so that most head rests are inconvenient for taking a rest completely and comfortably.
