The present invention provides an optical glass having a specific high refractivity and low chromatic dispersion (high Abbe number), and capable of being easily grinded to process and correcting chromatic dispersion of a lens with high precision, an optical element and a preformed body. The optical glass contains P, at least more than two alkaline-earth metal elements and more than one rare-earth elements as anion component, contains O and F as anion component; and has a refractivity (nd) more than 1.50 and less than 1.65, and an Abbe number (vd) more than 60 and less than 77. The invention also provides the optical element made of the optical glass.
