According to an embodiment, a permanent magnet comprises : a base magnet marked as a-b-c, wherein a includes rare earth-based elements, b includes transition elements, and c includes boron; a first coating layer coated on a first surface of surfaces of the base magnet; and a second coating layer coated on a second surface except for the first surface of the surfaces. The first coating layer includes metal having a magnetic property, and having a reversible temperature coefficient of -0.35 to -0.05 %/K.
