PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide : an electrode active substance largely improved in conductivity; an electrode material containing the electrode active substance largely improved in conductivity and method of manufacturing the same; an electrode formed using the electrode material; and a battery having a high discharge capacity at high-rate charge/discharge, and having a sufficient charge/discharge performance.
