Wind-driven modular installation of combined type, which transforms horizontal motion of air flow into rotation of rotor for producing electric or mechanical energy from kinetic energy of flow and accumulating obtained energy for providing uninterrupted power supply of consumers, including battery of accumulators with the use of molecular energy accumulators; one or several unified modules, located coaxially on common support, in the form of rotor, held by magnetic bearings, consisting of multiple arranged along circumference blades of constant thickness or having in horizontal section the shape of a wing, vertically installed, bent in direction of rotation, rigidly secured or equipped with mechanism for changing angle of attack; generator of electric current; guide of impeller, consisting of multiple blades, flat or curved vertically installed at a certain angle to the radius, intended for increasing rate of medium through rotor and shielding parts of rotor, pressure of flow on which creates braking torque, and also bearing function power frame, for mounting rotor and growing additional modules of. 2. Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that in structure used electric current generator, consisting of the stator, with fixed on it of three-phase system of windings and rectifier, rotor with permanent rare-earth magnets, use of magnitonepronitsaemykh materials for of concentration of magnetic flux, crossing stator winding. 3.
