PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a rare-earth magnet of which the high-temperature demagnetization rate is suppressed even in the case where the quantity of heavy rare earth elements such as Dy and Tb to be used is specifically reduced more than the prior arts or such heavy rare earth elements are not used.
SOLUTION : The rare-earth magnet is a sintered magnet including R2T14B crystal grains that is a main phase, and a grain boundary phase between the R2T14B crystal grains. A micro-structure of a sintered body is controlled in such a manner that, when grain boundary phases 2 and 3 surrounded by three or more main phase crystal grains 1 are defined as grain boundary multiplex points, a ratio of a grain boundary triple point surrounded by three main phase crystal grains 1 becomes equal to or less than a predetermined value among all the grain boundary multiplex points.
