Antisolevoi magnetic activator modular relates to the oil industry, in particular to devices for control of with scaling on working organs electrocentrifugal pumps, in pump-compressor pipes and other equipment oil producing wells. Technical solution is intended for intensification of technological processes of oil production. Most actually use of technical solution in cases, when there is no possibility for use of chemical reagents-inhibitors of for suppression of scaling on vnutriskvazhinnom equipment, for example installation in wells packers. Technical solution is used in the centrifugal pump, as device for magnetic field action inside well on vodoneftegazovuyu emulsion, passing in working gap between magnetic system and body magnetic activator. Device represents ferromagnetic case 1, with coaxial installed in it magnetic system, from two and more cylinders 6 with longitudinal central hole made of diamagnetic material. In cylinders are parallel walls of body and working channel rectangular permanent magnets 5 made of hard magnetic materials with rare-earth metals based on alloys of samarium-cobalt and neodymium-iron-boron. Magnets in cylinders are arranged with four sides along the whole length of the cylinder with alternation of polarity between other. Cylinders magnetic system are oriented in grooves of axial supports 4 mounted in body. Axial support with cylinders magnetic system are compressed in housing by means of sleeves 7 and bushing spacer 12 from ferromagnetic material, head upper 2 and base lower 3 with two sides, respectively, . Head upper and base lower are also parts of, by means of which are mounted (compound of type flange-housing) magnetic activator in composition of plant electric centrifugal pump, between gas separator-disperser and lower section electric centrifugal pump. For transmitting rotation from submersible motor centrifugal pump in magnetic activator shaft is installed 9 from non-ferromagnetic material, passing through central hole cylinders magnetic system, with splines at both sides for connection, by means of splined couplings, with shafts of gas separator-disperser and section of centrifugal pump. Along the whole length of the shaft (except splined part) Key is positioned for transmission of rotation from shaft all parts mounted on it. For alignment of shaft, perception of radial loads and vibration, arising in the process of shaft rotation, in magnetic activator radial sliding bearings 10, which are located in head upper, base lower and central axial support, installed between cylinders magnetic system. Axial load of weight of shaft is transmitted via splined coupling on shaft gas separator-disperser or on unit pivot 11, built in upper axial support in its upper part (depends on addition, in any type of pump is used magnetic activator). For head of column formation liquid sti in magnetic activator and setting in it additional turbulence, in lower part is installed on shaft screw 8. Mounted on shaft Baffles 14 prevent ingress of formation liquid sti in central groove cylinders magnetic system. For the required placement on auger shaft, baffles, sliding bearing bushings between them are installed Bronze protective sleeve of shaft 13. The entire row of installed on shaft parts is fixed with both sides lock rings 15. Principle of action of magnetic activator is based on interaction of directed system of magnetic fields with flow of well liquid sti, passing in working gap between cylinders magnetic system and protective sleeve. As a result of originating on malekulyarnom the level of interaction in highly mineralized stratal liquid sti is intensively destruction of centers of crystallization on more small structure (dispersion). Aqueous system is discharged from relatively stable state of, increases formation rate sediments and is formed a great number of small crystals of practically of the same size. Inducing crystallization leads to, that in future, instead of salts deposition on equipment, suspension is formed in the volume of solution, is carried from the dangerous zone and its can be remove by means of special devices on the outlet. Reduced coefficient of surface tension, friction and viscosity, owing to a that higher mobility of liquid sti, that allows to intensify technological processes of oil production. Advantage of this technical solution is the fact, that magnetic activator is installed in composition of plant elektrotsentobezhnogo of pump immediately after the module gas separator-disperser and before the lower section of centrifugal pump. At that formatting liquid st before hit into working channel of magnetic system of device is set in turbulent state, is dispersed in a homogeneous suspension, with lead the excess of gas into annular space, that, as is known, improves efficiency of its magnetic treatment. Also this arrangement of device, accompanies prevention of scaling directly on working organs electric centrifugal pump, which are the most prone in its composition. Shows can also be following regulating width of circular working channel magnetic system activator by sleeves of different thickness, thus practically equal intensity of magnetic field along the whole width of channel, at adjustment of magnetic activator, resting on the operating parameters of well.
