PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a Ni-based alloy that is excellent in corrosion resistance against reducing acid such as hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid, is excellent in hot workability and has high strength. SOLUTION : A Ni-based alloy contains, by mass%, C : 0.03% or less, Si : 0.01 to 0.5%, Mn : 0.01 to 1.0%, P : 0.03% or less, S : 0.003% or less, Cr : 20% or more and below 30%, Ni : above 40% and 50% or less, Cu : above 2.5% and 5.0% or less, Mo : 5.0 to 10%, W : 3 to 10%, Al : 0.005 to 0.5%, N : above 0.08% and 0.3% or less and rare earth elements (REM) : 0.001 to 0.20% and satisfies the following formula (1), and the balance is composed of Fe and impurities.
