The present invention relates to a coating method for a metal sheet and the metal sheet manufactured by the same. The coating method for a metal sheet includes reacting and dipping a metal substrate in a surface processing solution including a rare-earth compound, water, and peroxide, coating and dipping the metal substrate surface-processed by the rare-earth compound in a coating solution for TiO2 potocatalyst, and drying and heating the coated metal substrate.
