The present invention relates to a composition for treating or preventing interstitial cystitis which contains an extract of a herbal mixture including cornus fruit, Reynoutria japonica, Rubus coreanus fruit, lonicer aflower, cuscuta seeds, Curcuma Longa, and lindera roots. The extract of the herbal mixture relieves the inflammation and pain in cystitis, and is capable of being used as an excellent interstitial cystitis remedy.
