The present invention relates to a ceramic body for reducing smoke and, more particularly, to a ceramic body for reducing vehicle smoke and a manufacturing method thereof by being inputted or mounted inside a circulating type radiator and an air cleaner of a vehicle. To solve the task above, a ceramic composite for reducing fuel and smoke prepared by the present invention comprises 100 parts by weight of a ceramic mixture which is composed of 0.5-70 weight% of CaO, 0.5-70 weight% of SiO_2, and 0.5-70 weight% of MgO; a ceramic body which is composed of 0.5-5 parts by weight of rare earth elements; and a permanent magnet which induces magnetism to the ceramic body.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
