PURPOSE : A super low temperature mastic sealer composition is provided to have excellent heat conductivity, contraction stability, and absorbency, and to protect a cold insulation material from the steam blockage and external environment. CONSTITUTION : A super low temperature mastic sealer composition comprises 20-30 weight% of rubber, 10-20 weight% of solvent, 10-25 weight% of chlorinated paraffin, 5-10 weight% of tris-(monononylphenyl)phosphite, 2-5 weight% of bentonite, and 10-30 weight% of filler. The rubber is anyone selected among hypalon rubber, chloro polyethylene rubber, butyl rubber, and chlorobutyl rubber. The solvent is an aromatic solvent. The content of the aromatic family is 98.5% or greater. The filler comprises any one selected among potassium carbonate, alumina, wollastonite, talc, and feldspar.
