Provided is nickel-chromium-molybdenum-copper alloy tolerant to 70% of sulfuric acid at 93℃ and 50% of sodium hydroxide at 121℃. The alloy is composed of, in wt% : Cr : 27-33; Mo : 4.9-7.8; Cu : more than 3.1- below 6.0; iron : up to 3.0; Mn : 0.3-1.0; Al : 0.1-0.5; Si : 0.1-0.8; C : 0.01-0.11; N : up to 0.13; Mg : up to 0.05; the rare-earth elements : up to 0.05; and the remainder Ni and other impurities. The alloy can be added with Ti and other MC carbide forming agents to improved the thermal stability of the alloy.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
