A vegetation base material containing an acrylic type composition is provided and forms the following : 100 parts by weight of acrylic type mixed composition containing 85 wt% of wood composition in a size of 2-7 mm, 3 wt% of polyacrylamide which is the acrylic type composition, and 12 wt% of polyacrylate; and 100 parts by weight of mixed decayed fertilizer. The mixed decayed fertilizer contains 50 wt% of organic fertilizer, 30 wt% of coco peat or rice straw fibers, and 20 wt% of decomposed granite or yellow soil.
