PURPOSE : A re-sealing pouch container is provided to facilitate discharging and keeping of power type contents.CONSTITUTION : A rear part (12) comprises a film which is the same material with a front part (11). The bottom end of the rear part and the bottom end of a side part (13) are heat-sutured by a suture line. A break line (16) is arranged on top of the side part, and formed along at least a part of the outlines of an opening (15). A closing part (17) is capable of moving between an open position opening the opening and a closing position. A sealing member (20) can be re0attached after being separated from the side part. The closing part is formed in a flap form which is capable of rotating around an imaginary reference line formed in a part of the outline of the opening. The imaginary reference line is arranged horizontally on top of the opening. The imaginary reference line is arranged to be positioned within 20% of the whole length from the top end.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
