PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a high-performance Nd-Fe-B-based rare earth permanent magnet remarkably improved in heat resistance and corrosion resistance, and largely enhanced in magnetic property. SOLUTION : The Nd-Fe-B-based rare earth sintered magnet has a purity of 99.9 wt% or larger for a component other than a gas component. The contents of sulfur and phosphorus are each 30 wtppm or less.
