PURPOSE : A method for greening an artificial wall surface using broad-leaved tree chips is provided to form a plant growing environment and to continuously promote growth of plants even in a barren environment. CONSTITUTION : A method for greening an artificial wall surface comprises the following steps. Multiple anchors(5) are fixed as protruding at a predetermined length and distanced from one another on an artificial wall surface. Meshes(6a, 6b) are installed surrounding the artificial wall surface, and a protruding end of each of the anchors is bound with a predetermined binding member. A space part between the meshes and the artificial wall surface is filled with broad-leaved tree chips to a predetermined height, and then seeds of plants are sowed, and the process of filling and sowing is repeated for multiple times. A protruding length of each of the anchors is 20 to 40cm. The binding member is at least one of an iron wire, a coating wire, and a PVC band clamp. The broad-leaved tree chips are filled at a thickness of 10cm, and the seeds of plants are agglomerated in a clod with a diameter of 0.2 to 0.4cm to be evenly sowed on layers(41, 43) of the broad-leaved tree chips, and the process of filling and sowing is repeated twice or more. The broad-leaved tree chips with a length of 2 to 4cm are obtained by pulverizing bark of an oak tree. The meshes are manufacture by preparing a PVC coating wire with a diameter of 0.75 to 1.6mm by PVC coating a zinc wire and weaving the PVC coating wire in a hexagon mesh shape with a major axis at a length of 2 to 4cm and a minor axis at a length of 1.5 to 2cm. The broad-leaved tree chips include at least one effective microorganism that is diluted to be included at a concentration of 10^5 to 10^7 microorganisms per 1L of water.
